I'm in the middle of Workflow analysis and am looking for the workflow
equivalent of the Chicago Style Guide/MS Manual of Style. In other words,
Higher Authority. I'm especially interested in the glossary of terms that
are used.
I've found the Workflow Management Coalition (www.wfmc.org), which seems to
be pretty wonky and is cited many places. Their downloads have that
wonderful combination of opacity and intelligence that makes you think they
know what they're doing. They certainly have the whiff of Higher Authority
about them. Do you know of any others?
Thanks
