The "mind" is just a perception-illusion created by the brain
for the purpose of communicating with other brains. What you
train is the brain, and that training leaves detectable changes
in the brain, which are in turn reflected in its communication-
layer that we call "mind".

[I'd love to attribute that, but I read it years ago, along with
the supporting argument (which was very well done...), and have
forgotten the source.]
