Yes, you must do that. Wouldn't *you* want to know in a similar
situation? In my situation, I already informed my client that I had
another person ready to pitch in and help if and when things got too
hectic for me to handle alone. She's signed an NDA and is ready to go
if and when it becomes necessary.
