Perhaps you misunderstood me to suggest that the managers should do the tech
writing. Perish the thought! A thousand times no! Aaargh! Aaargh!

What I meant was, it's the managers at Suzette's company who decide which
software to buy. She wants them to continue with FM, which they already
have.
