Still, I've taught myself to so something similar. Get them
to uderstand that I love what I do. That I'm a writer on
purpose, not as a stop-gap. 'Cause mainly I hate that
question.
I hate the 5-year question too, and lately I've been turning it around. I love working in software startups, so I say to them, "Where do you see this company in 5 years? If it's still around, I'd love to be the lead tech writer here."
