How do you get around the email-back confirmation? When I signed up, it
sent me an email to the address I specified with a link to confirm my
email address.

Do you also make a bogus email account at something like Yahoo?

Isn't it easier to just create an account with the absolute minimum
amount of information and use it each time.

Just create a new passport every time you need one, make up all the
information it requests (i.e., lie) and then don't ever use it again.  I
think I probably have about a dozen of them now, each with a different
name and email address (hey, if spammers can do it, why can't we?), each
of which has been used once.
