Hi Maggie,
Although my experience with RD is a bit limited, I know of two possible ways to do what you need. One would be easier and the other more difficult to do for an ENTIRE demo (I don't know how many frames you have).

1) On each frame, draw some sort of caption box that matches the background color and then merge it into the background. It will probably be difficult to get a perfect color match.

2) For each slide, choose Edit>Copy Frame to Clipboard as Bitmap. Paste it into a PaintShop Pro or Photoshop-type program and edit out the unwanted message. When done, select the entire picture and copy it back to the clipboard, return to RoboDemo, and choose Edit>Paste Image from Clipboard as Frame.

#2 is good for small-scale fixes, but #1 also has its difficulties... Good luck!'

I've just checked the archives but don't see anything about
this. I also have a question in at the eHelp forums but so
far no response.

Does anyone know if it's possible to edit the screen
captures themselves once they've been captured in a
RoboDemo movie? The application the demo is for has "Good
morning, Maggie" in the corner of every screen, and there's
no way to get it out.
Any ideas gratefully accepted,
Maggie
