I'll back up your tidbit with a little experience. Jira is fast, flexible
and has made our lives here so much easier. It has web and email interfaces,
which make responding to bugs a breeze. I particularly like the ability to
extract bug information quickly and easily into excel or word formats, and
to auto-generate release notes.
Again, I have no personal stakes in Atlassian, just a happy user.
