It's a mighty complex chip (it looks more like a printed circuit board
with funky blue backlighting) and a fairly complex document, with
graphics, tables, text, and something that looks a little like a
transmission electron micrograph. Perhaps if you simplified the chip
side (just one or several regular old black chips with aluminum pins),
and simplified the document side so as not to draw attention to all the
subcomponents. Also, unless you're trying to highlight the global
nature of your business or something, it doesn't seem necessary that the
logo be perfectly round. It does look somewhat like a globe.
