Shouldn't searching for "admin" result in hits on all of those other terms?
That was *my* first question, too.
A user might not know which ending to the word to search for...
Even if there's some technical reason why not, a well-crafted index would've included "admin" with a hyperlinked redirection to the other terms.
Just another example of why an index beats text searching every time.
