Always define your acronyms....
A little Monday madness...I recently received a course from our corporate office on our new Software Development Life Cycle. I need to present this course to 50 employees. After getting copies made of all of the course materials, we received a note from Corporate to change the language in a case study: "T&A" should read "Travel and Allowances." For some reason, people were being confused and distracted by the acronym :)
