Last week, we did a train the trainer session (went three days)
becuase next week, they are being deployed to a series of beta
customers for the first beta of a new application.
Contrary to Bitter Bob, ours worked out fine. I created the training
material and the Project Manager performed the training for 10
Customer Service people. Part of the purpose for their training
session was to submit feedback and comments on how to better format
the training material to be more effective when they start the beta
customer training next week.
