Can anyone recommend a low-cost program to create Windows application icons
(.ico files)? i.e. to create a desktop icon for a program we're
developing. I downloaded a freeware utility, but it produces a very
low-quality image, with rough-looking edges - just doesn't look
professional on the desktop.
