Just a thought from the side of my brain that's getting little use so far
in this discussion.

It's all well and good to find volunteer admins and frankly, there are
enough talented, regular contributors I imagine we could indeed.

However, that does not solve the issue of recompense to the Rays for
setting the whole thing up and getting the 5000 members interested in the
first place.

This list is a great free resource for us at this time, but it seems
likely we will need to think of avenues for $$ for the transition, no?

Just my thoughts.
