RoboHelp X5 - FlashHelp problem, doesn't work with Flash Player 7
Subject:RoboHelp X5 - FlashHelp problem, doesn't work with Flash Player 7 From:"Sameh Saeb" <ssaeb -at- menanet -dot- net> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Thu, 05 Aug 2004 09:21:09 +0300
Hello People,
In my previous e-mail, I wrote that I wasn't able to
publish the FlashHelp I created using RoboHelp X5 with my
skin. I found out that I have but it automatically reverts
to a default skin even though I have Flash Player 7
installed. When I searched, I found out that the
javascript added looks only for Flash Players from version
2 to 6 and not 7 leading it to load a default image (gif)
skin and not the flash skin I want. This happens only when
loaded to the Internet. On my local computer and anyone
else's it works fine. If anyone has a solution, I'll be
forever grateful.
Thanks,
Sameh SAeb
