One other thing. CHANGES to the manual (assuming, once again, that this IS
being used as a military manual) are also governed by the spec, and by how
previous changes have been made. If you are delivering change pages,
you'll need to check out the spec and have a look through the rest of the
manual to see how previous changes were handled. In general, allowing the
fewest pages possible to wrap and handling "extra" pages with dot
pages/blank pages is common. If you don't have to change a page, it's best
not to deliver it--especially if you have a very compressed schedule.
