I translated the message (Babelfish) as:

"This E-Mail address is not current any longer. Please use the current
E-Mail address or call : 089/13 06 99 0"

I do not think that it is spam. Perhaps an auto reply. This would explain
all of the replies to everyone. Perhaps the address can be removed by the
moderator, so we do not have to suffer them?
