Does it really matter? Because of this discussion, I am scared to write
anything. I've stared at this message for one hour, wondering what is
wrong with it. I am not getting paid, so it does not matter.
Did my prepositional or fractional appositive noun destroy the adnoun or
perhaps my conjunctive adverbs is singular. I do not like grammar. I
avoid the nitty pickey details, so it is off to grammar camp this fall.
For what it might be worth, I understand both examples. To me, they say
the same thing. For peace of mind, run both through MS Word and if wavy
green lines appear under the first example, use the second one. I suggest
the "casual" or "technical" setting.
