You should document the buttons exactly as they appear in
the product, and also file bug reports about the UI errors
through whatever system your company uses. The bolding
also helps in this case, as your documents may be the only
place where people who review the software (make sure
you send copies to your marketing dept) will see the labels
of multiple buttons at the same time. It's easy for someone
not to notice minor differences in labels when they only see
the buttons one at a time.
