No, I just searched "filesystem." I am not sure it is a fair test, but
most people will not use quotes or the advanced searches. I am not
worrying about this one. If I need to use the term. File System is how I
will spell it. 
 
By the way, if you use "file system" as keyword 1 and "filesystem" as
keyword 2, the results are different than the results you saw. File
system wins the Google Fight. 16,700,000 to 3,740,000.
