Pop-up blocking software often also blocks things the user wants. At
least that has been my experience. Just yesterday, on another list,
someone recommended viewing a cartoon that was available in several
locations. All of them could not serve the cartoon, even when the link
was explicitly clicked. On some job sites, I am told that the page
cannot be opened, even though I have clicked the link.
