Gosh me too. Do I feel inferior because of this? No, I see it as evidence
that the project manager (who just started work here a month or so ago)
needs to be educated. It's a reflection on him, and a challenge for me, but
not a reflection on me. My ego and attitude are just fine about it.
Inferiority comes from within.
