Reminds me of a variation: "This page may or may not have beenI had this requirement once. I wrote: "This page intentionally left blank. Well, not exactly blank, because these words are here. But this page is completely devoid of content. There is nothing here of any meaning. So in that sense, yes, it is blank."
intentionally left blank" one techwriter used to keep 'em guessing.
I continued this nonsense for half a page. I never had to do it again.
