Perhaps you've just never encountered the same situations as I have.
One manual set for a client is 25,000 pages. 10% are TPLBI. That's right,
10%. 2,500 pages marked TPILB.
(add to that close to 50% of each page is devoted to non-content design
and repeating information)
Yet, each and every instance was required and the design has 100 years of
operations experience behind it.
Even if I was to start from scratch with a free-reign there is much from
the design I would keep.
