Excellent. Then you agree with what my memory tells me Chicago 14 says
(not that you rule the universe, the other thing ...) and disagree
(apparently) with Microsoft 3.
I believe I am safe in asserting that I have never quoted Microsoft on style issues and can think of no reason ever to do so. I refer to MS for Windows terminology--only terminology--when that seems appropriate. Otherwise, gimme Chicago 14. (I've had a falling out with the latest edition, because it doesn't support some of my cherished prejudices.)
