Don, I can tell you that a company like Kelly called me two weeks to come in and take a typing test an Excel test AND a 10-key test because they had a requirement for a TWer to work in Frame at an Engineering firm for three months. What the point of Excel, Word and a 10 key test were for a Frame job are beyond my scope of understanding, but you see my point.
