OK, I voted on the site, but why not share the info here as well...

Though I'll be breaking into the next age group in December. ;-)
Yep, I'm young, but I feel like I've been doing this forever (it's
been almost 9 years now). My role has changed quite a bit over the
years. I've done everything from paste-up with hot wax to helping
companies determine deficiencies in information collateral and
developing documentation strategies and staff training programs for
them. I currently work as a documentation manager, although the scope
of my responsibilities and influence extends well beyond the bounds of
product-supporting technical documentation. To be blunt, I'd be bored
out of my mind if I did nothing but develop technical documentation
all day. But, that's just me. ;-)
