Re: 2004 compensation % increase
I don't know about 2004, but my boss is already making noise that I
should see about 6-7% increase in 2005
Does anyone know what the average salary % increase is for 2004
for this profession?

Good for you John.
I had a rate reduction last year, and rumors of another in January. This even though MBNA has a 17% profit at 3rd Qtr.
