I think this would make sense if I was an ih-house writer. I think they
wanted to be covered just in case I failed to deliver a product to them.

Subject: RE: [stclwrsig-l] Errors and Omissions Insurance
Hello Greg,
Since documentation is the by-product of something else and is reviewed and
approved by someone else, wouldn't it make more sense to have this Errors
and Omissions insurance just on the product?

Subject: [stclwrsig-l] Errors and Omissions Insurance
Hi:
I interviewed for a contract and the client wanted to know If I had errors
and omissions insurance. I didn't and turned the contract down for other
reasons. Does anyone have any experience with this type of insurance? Are
you finding more and more clients are asking for it?
Thanks
Greg Thompson
