When companies hire intermediate, what they get is someone with entry
level skills, so they figure why should they pay intermediate level
money for someone with low skills?
If they hired intermediate or senior and got what they asked for,
they'd be happy with the amount of money they are paying because an
intermediate or senior level writer can WAY more than earn his keep.
Those that are claiming higher levels and are delivering lower levels
are contributing to the reason why your pay has not kept to the level
of your skill.
Maybe we need an external body.....nah...I'm told it won't work.
