Resources for gathering data via Forms in Robohelp Project

Hi there,
Someone in the development dept. just asked me to help gather some
information about the potential for offering data entry forms within a
RH WebHelp project. While I know this is technically do-able from the
"construction" point of view (I am making a mock-up now), does anyone
out there currently include forms in their WebHelp? If so, what can you
tell me about the proc/cons in terms of reliability, receipt of data, etc.?
Absolutely ANY information and suggestions, precautions, nightmares,
success stories, own-horn-tooting tales, etc. are most welcome and
appreciated!
