provided it doesn't spark three days worth of
commentary about who got offended by the sarcasm!
At the bottom of each TECHWR-L message, there is a link to the TECHWR-L web site.
The site has an archive.
The archive is arranged by year, then by month.
If you go to the April of 2003 section of the archive, and search for
"10 Things All Tech Writers Should Do" you'll find it.
