a. If you were given the .h or .hm from development, don't generate a
map file, as you already have it.
b. There's a checkbox on the html help project options dialog.
c. Get the map file from dev. They can supply you a .hm by running
makehelp.bat <http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/vccore98/HTML/_core_help.3a_.support_tools.asp>
or another such utility. Then have WWP use your map file and not
generate one of its own.
