If you want users not to be able to see hidden text, remove it. There's no
other option if you are distributing Word documents. Any kind of macro or
other security that you try to apply to a Word document to stop it being
edited or to stop parts of it from being viewed can be circumvented in less
than a minute by any user who is sufficiently knowledgeable and determined.
