The virus issue arises when other users attempt to open the document, since
*their* anti-virus software is suspicious of macros sent from an untrusted
source (you).
By the way, I was delighted to hear that you were "a COBOL programmer, but
have moved up to the position of Tech Writer." Could you explain that
hierarchy to our programmers? :-)
