As Lisa has mentioned in the past, admin enquiries should be emailed
privately to her. A question regarding whether a post topic is acceptable
qualifies as an admin enquiry.
I would suggest a private email to Lisa, who is the only person able to give
you an authoritative answer. If as a result of your question, she decides
that the published guidelines need to be clarified, I'm sure she will do
that and announce the fact.
