So just bypass the recruiter. If you know your local market well it
shouldn't be too hard to identify the client, network your way in
directly, and get the job. It would be much sweeter to call the AR's
boss and complain *after* you get the job.

Also, see if this job is available via some other agency. It's common
these days for companies to hand out their job reqs to multiple
recruiters.
