Framemaker no longer is making new versions for Mac. This may be what the
original information was about.
Correct. This time around, it appears the rumour is true. For those who want a source, I did a quick search on the Abobe website and came up with the following -
Note: On April 21, 2004, Adobe discontinued FrameMaker for the Macintosh operating system.
Adobe FrameMaker will continue to be available on Microsoft® Windows® and Sun? Solaris?
platforms. Complimentary and fee-based technical support for FrameMaker for Macintosh will be
available through April 21, 2005. For more information, please refer to the FAQ
