What's alarming is that the writer apparently doesn't know
the meaning of the word "comprehensive," and assumes that
comprehensive documentation is the same as voluminous
documentation. In an environment where software was
truly intuitive and reliable in its operation, comprehensive
documentation could consist of a CD jewel case insert.
