It is wrong to assume that Techwr-l is populated with only American
writers, and is odd a disrespectful to paint all non-American writers as
less qualified and underpaid.
It is also amusing to note that those same who will label certain
competition as underpaid and unfair when larger differences in cost can be
found within the arbitrary boundaries that have been determined to be
acceptable.
The American contractors and Techpubs firms on this list are trying to
exploit the same competition possibilities as other-county, other-town,
other-state, other-coast, other-country, or "overseas" contractors and
firms are.
