Hi--
Having set up more than enough doc teams... I like to think of it this
way...
1. What's the product?
2. What documentation is to be produced?
3. What's the delivery schedule?
4. How long till the next round of funding?
5. What deliverables do I need to produce this year?
And then...
6. What would I like to do in my own little documentation team where I am
QUEEN? *evil laugh*
7. What would I like to ultimately see this department do?
You only ask for what you need the first year the department is running,
and set expectations for what you will ask for next.
Remember, you have to prove value added for everything you ask for!
