Can anyone point me to a resource that explains how to do this?

I've googled, but what I've mostly come up with are print shops.

What I want is for, when someone sees my webpage, and clicks File-Print, that what spews out on paper is readable.

For now, it seems, IE is trying to "help" the reader save ink or something and only certain layers of the page are printing, which ends up being totally unreadable.

I'd like to avoid having a separate page for printing, but am wondering if there's a way to embed instructions about what parts of the screen to print and in what way into the HTML.
