I was pondering this too?how could I create an entirely separate ToC, or
ToC-like list based on features? Maybe there?s something like an index
marker, but different, that I could use to tag information that relates to
a feature, and then use it to generate a list of pages where there are
tasks that use that feature?

?this is more and more fun to think about?
