Re: Documentum Forum > Version # in File Name
Anyone know of a forum for Documentum out there?
I know a guy who documents for Documentum, so I passed the question along to him. He responded:
Hi, Guy -
I haven't been on TECHWR-L for a long time. I miss it, but it was easier
when I was independent and only billed a thousand hours per year or so.
Please pass this on to TECHWR-L with my regards to any of the old crew who
are still whirling. I've been with Documentum (now EMC) as a full time
employee for about 6 years, so I have very little time for lists.
There are several Yahoo groups for supporting Documentum users -- mainly
developers. Some of them are wdk-developers, dbof5, and Documentum-xml.
For what it's worth, we have a number of contexts in which we include the
document version in Word documents. We set it manually. If you find a better
solution, please let me know. It will save us a lot of time.
Thanks. ...RM
