Naturally, it depends on what makes sense to your audience. "Certified"
makes very littel sense to me. The only situation I can imagine where
that would fit is if you offer a "certification" in using your product,
and want to imply that only certified users can understand the
abbreviated instructions.
Terms like "Summary" or "Quick Reference" come to my mind for what
you're describing. I would be inclined to apply this label to the
collection of abbreviated procedures, rather than each procedure
individually. However, that may depend on how the procedures are presented.
