In the context of my previous posts, it would be grammar,
spelling and document organization, and possibly tools.

I generally say "product/technical skills" when I am talking about product and user knowledge, and "project
management skills" when I am talking about keeping a
project moving to schedule and satisfying its objectives.

YMMV.

skills"? I mean, grammar aside, if the TW knows the
product and the users, he/she is going to be able to
write user friendly documentation about it. If not,
nothing is going to save him/her. Isn't the real need
analysis skills - not writing skills?
