This is a bit of a tangent, but I was wondering if anyone knew what
Microsoft's own techcom people are using for tools these days?
A few years ago I was told that they had some kind of customized XML
editor with a SQL Server database managing the content. My source
wasn't within Microsoft so I'm not sure how accurate or up to date
that information is.
