Is there a way to add a copyright notice to HTML Help files (.chm),
so that when a user prints a topic or copies content from a topic, a
copyright notice will display after the printed or copied text? I'm
using Helpware FAR to generate .CHM files, and I don't see anywhere
to enter copyright information.
