Yes, it *is* a structured process. There is simply not a
single, universal, one-size-fits-all structured process that can be applied out of the box to any situation or
product. But once you have developed a process that
works for a given circumstance, you can document and teach it to others so that they can follow the steps and repeat it with similar results in similar circumstances, and once you have done so you have structured that
process.
