Fortunately I have never had the pleasure of selling cars either, so I can't
help you with the "sticker shock". If the cost is the issue I agree with
Sherry in the sense that you just have to let him stew in his own juices for
awhile. Let him decide if he really wants to do it for the cost. That is
your only option really (unless you want to do the work pro-bono) ;-)
